Please operate as per below to direct you the correct section.

If you DO NOT KNOW our extension number.

1.   First you will hear the automatic announce “Thank you for calling Ak”. 

You have to select your language.  If you wish to choose ENGLISH, press “３”.

(Press “1” for Japanese, Press “2” for Vietnamese) You can push while the announce is still being spoken.

2.  Second, please choose your intended section. 　

For tourism section, press “６” or for ROSY Beauty, press “８”.

(For staff agency, call another number, 048-299-7591)

3.  You will be connected shortly.  But when all our lines are busy or out of office hours, please leave me a message to our answering machine.  We will call you back later.

4.  You have pressed NOTHING or you cannot choose (EG. Due to the phone, you called like you are using the dial phone) you will be connected to the tourism section and will be answered in Japanese.  And talk to your operator to whom you would like to call.  You will be connected to the correct section.
